Superior Material Feeding & Stitch Consistency

  • 1. True Compound Feed: It features a unison/compound feed system utilizing a needle feed, walking foot, and bottom feed dogs working simultaneously. This prevents layers of leather or canvas from shifting, ensuring perfectly matched forward and reverse stitches.
  • 2. No Leather Marring: The compound walking foot design smoothly climbs over variable thicknesses without aggressive teeth, keeping the leather face free from unsightly feed marks.
  • Versatile Cylinder Arm Design

  • 3. 5-Inch Free Arm: The Cowboy CB341 features a 10.5-inch long cylinder arm that lets you easily manipulate tubular or three-dimensional shapes. It is optimized for sewing the edges of wallets, bags, holsters, shoes, hats, and automotive upholstery
  • 4. Narrow Flange Sewing: The throat cover plate is cut off close to the left edge of the arm. This allows the operator to sew narrow gussets, flanges, and tight corners very close to the edge.
  • High Thickness Capacity & Clearance

  • 5. 3/8" Sewing Thickness: The machine comfortably pierces through material ranging from 1/16" up to 3/8" thick during day-to-day operations.
  • 6. High Presser Foot Lift: A 1/2-inch presser foot lift allows ample clearance to easily position thick leather assemblies, heavy canvas, or marine vinyl underneath the needle.
  • Optimized Bobbin & Thread Capacity

  • 7. Large Drop-In Bobbin: It accommodates a large Style U bobbin, which holds significantly more thread than the standard Style M bobbins used by other 341-type cylinder bed machines in its class. This minimizes the frequency of bobbin changes, while the drop-in design allows for much faster swaps.
  • 8. Wide Thread Range: The mechanism handles standard light threads up to thick #138 bonded nylon or polyester cords flawlessly. Under optimal conditions, it can even tension up to #207 thread.
  • Precision Low-Speed Control

  • 9. Low-Speed Servo Motor: Usually paired with a Kinedyne low-speed, high-torque servo motor, this system allows for stitch-by-stitch precision control. This ultra-slow, consistent pace is crucial for both beginners and experts executing highly intricate, artisan-level topstitching.
  • Universal Parts Compatibility

  • 10. Affordable Accessories: Because it shares a design framework with the Singer 111w155 and Juki 1341 families, finding replacement needles, edge guides, and specialized presser feet is incredibly inexpensive and convenient.

Product Information +

The Cowboy CB341 is an industrial, medium-duty cylinder-arm sewing machine optimized for lightweight and medium-weight leather goods. Unlike the heavy-duty CB3500 (which is built for thick, rigid items like holsters and saddles), the CB341 is designed for flexibility, smooth handling, and detailed work on everyday items like wallets, bags, and belts. It features a larger bobbin than most other cylinder bed machines in its specific medium-duty class. The CB341 uses standard, widely available Singer 111W style presser feet and needles. This makes finding specialized zippers, welting, or binding attachments highly affordable and easy. Powered by the Kinedyne HM-750SL low-speed, high-torque servo motor for absolute stitch-by-stitch precision.
