The CB6900 features a highly rigid rectangular feed trajectory. This square-drive system ensures the needle and walking foot move in a perfectly flat line across the leather surface, keeping stitch length perfectly uniform even when crossing bulky seams or sewing ultra-soft garment leathers.
2. Dual-Tension (Double Clamping) System:The machine includes a dual-tension control assembly (often called a secondary thread clamp). This lets you micro-adjust upper thread tension for highly irregular textures or heavy-gauge thread. It prevents loose loops or bunched stitching on the backside of your work, producing an ultra-clean, boutique-grade lockstitch finish.
3. On-the-Fly Walking Foot Adjustment: A convenient dial located right on top of the machine allows you to quickly alter the alternating vertical stroke ratio of the inner and outer presser feet (ranging from 2.5mm to 7.0mm).
